2. Getting Started
Opening PowerPoint:

6. Transitions and Animations
Slide Transitions:
Go to the Transitions tab to apply effects that occur when moving from one slide to another. This can add a dynamic element to your presentation.Slide Animations:
Under the Animations tab, you can add effects to text or objects within a slide to make them appear or move in specific ways.
7. Presenting Your Slides
Slide Show Mode:
Click on Slide Show in the Ribbon, then From Beginning to start your presentation. Use the arrow keys or mouse clicks to navigate through the slides.Presenter View:
This is useful if you’re presenting in person. It shows your current slide, next slide, and speaker notes on your screen while displaying only the current slide to your audience.
8. Saving and Sharing
Saving Your Presentation:
Click File > Save As to save your presentation. Choose a location and file format (like .pptx).Exporting or Sharing:
You can export your presentation as a PDF or share it online via OneDrive or other cloud services. Go to File > Export or Share.
