1. Save
- Function: Saves the current version of your presentation.

- Details: This option updates the file with any recent changes you’ve made. If you’ve already saved the presentation once, selecting Save will overwrite the existing file with the latest edits.
2. Save As
- Function: Allows you to save a copy of the presentation with a different name, location, or file format.

- Details: This is useful if you want to:
- Create a new version of the presentation while keeping the original intact.
- Save the presentation in a different format (e.g., PDF or older PowerPoint format).

Steps:
- Click on File > Save As.
- Choose the location where you want to save the file.
- Enter a new name if you want to create a new version.
- Select the file format from the dropdown menu if needed (e.g., PowerPoint Presentation (*.pptx), PDF, etc.).
- Click Save.
3. Print
- Function: Sends your presentation to a printer or creates a print-ready version of the slides.
- Shortcut:
Ctrl + P
- Details: You can customize print settings such as:
- Printer: Select the printer you want to use.
- Print Range: Choose to print all slides, selected slides, or a specific range.
- Slides: Decide if you want to print slides, notes pages, handouts, or an outline.
- Copies: Specify the number of copies you need.
- Print Layout: Adjust settings like color options (color, grayscale, or pure black and white).
Steps:
- Click on File > Print.
- Configure your print settings as desired.
- Click Print to send the presentation to the selected printer.
4. Page Setup
- Function: Adjusts the layout and size of your slides.
- Details: This feature allows you to change the dimensions and orientation of your slides to fit specific needs or preferences.
Options you can adjust:
- Slides Size: Choose between standard (4:3) or widescreen (16:9) sizes, or customize the size to fit specific requirements.
- Orientation: Select the orientation for your slides (Portrait or Landscape).
- Notes, Handouts, and Outline: Adjust settings for how these are printed, including orientation and layout.
Steps:
- Click on File > Page Setup (in older versions) or go to Design > Slide Size in newer versions.
- Choose or customize the slide size and orientation as needed.
- Click OK or Apply to apply the changes.
